Quick Response to Resident Requests: In order to keep tenants in your property, we understand that they need to feel their needs being met by the facility. For this reason, our Facilities Manager aims to meet all resident requests within 24 hours. There are circumstances where this time-line cannot be met, but we try to explain the situation to the resident, so they know we are trying to resolve their problems.

Service in an Emergency: Problems do not always occur during the business day. Therefore we know the importance of having a maintenance technician ready to respond to any emergency 24 hours a day.
